1. Overview
CC-PAIH02 is a mainstream HART analog input module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS, improved version of CC-PAIH01. It supports mixed wiring configuration: 12 single-ended + 4 differential channels, compatible with 4–20mA two-wire smart transmitters and voltage signal sensors. Built-in transparent HART modem supports HART 5/6/7 protocols, realizing remote calibration, secondary variable reading, device predictive health diagnosis and parameter configuration. Matched IOTA terminal bases: non-redundant CC-TAIX01, redundant CC-TAIX11. Equipped with 1500V channel-to-backplane galvanic isolation, RC anti-interference filter, hot-swap online maintenance and G3 conformal coating. Widely deployed in power, petrochemical, oil & gas and water treatment sites with large quantities of HART smart pressure/temperature/flow transmitters.
